14th Invasion

[Today after school lets out, Squid Girl can be found on the front lawn of 452 Stone Street doing some combat practice - or rather, that's what she thinks she's doing.  To the casual observer, it looks more like she's dangerously flailing ten kitchen knives all over the place with her tentacles while yelling various things.]

"Hah!  Take that!  Feel the power of my Ten Bladed Whirlwind technique!"

[She alternates through a couple of different routines: stabbing wildly at thin air, hurling the knives into a nearby tree before reaching out with her tentacles to draw them back out again, and just spinning them around in a dangerous circle all around her body.  Someone might want to stop her before she hurts herself or somebody else.]

No, there's a guy here named that too! He's got dark hair and brown eyes and always talks really politely and stuff.

[Miki does not cut it out, and is in fact stretching the tentacle to try and get other notes.]

[Since he doesn't want to hurt the girl or anything, he runs right for her...and waits til' the knives are close before unleashing a swirl of blue energy around him, trying to knock the knives away.]

[So many powers and abilities she's never seen before - yeah, she wasn't really expecting anything like this, so about half of the knives are just knocked clean away. She manages to hold onto the other ones, though, and tries to bring them back around to slice at Cyuss while the disarmed tentacles go for a trip.]

[Miki begins shaking it up and down mindless as she talks, causing a sine wave to travel up and down the tentacle]

Aren't most monster person costumes made of rubber? What is this made out of then?

[Miki grins as she stretches the tentacle as far as she can and lets go.]
