[Ever since the other day at the park with Percy Jackson, Squid Girl's been in an uncommonly good mood. She finally has a reminder of home in the form of the salt water spring he created using his crazy ocean powers. So today she's heading off to the park for a nice brisk swim, stars in her eyes and looking just happy as anything. Unfortunately, when she gets there, the lake is completely back to normal and there's no salt water to be found at all.]

"Hey... what the heck? Where's the new salt water lake? Why's it back to normal?"

[Later on, she goes looking for Percy, only to find him droned. Unfortunately, nobody's really explained to her how droning works at this point, so she's left feeling angry and sad and confused. She's not sure what else to do, so she just heads back home and gets on the phone.]

"Okay, who messed up the salt water pond and brainwashed Percy? He barely even recognized me!"

Ah, the town's probably droned him if he's a friend of yours normally.

Droned? So he's gonna act like that other kid that used to live here?

Yes...He might come back though, but we never know for sure. You gonna be ok kiddo?

I know it's not fair...though it seems like that if a person gets droned permanently...they get to go home. So there is that at least.

The pond's gone! And Percy's acting weird!

"What do you mean weird?"

He's treating me like a little kid, and he won't call me by my full name!

I remember that pond! So he had something to do with it... Maybe that Percy guy got droned?

But he'll be back, right?

I got droned and I came back! _{[ maybe she shouldn't tell her about the memories part hahaha ]}

How long does it take? Do you think he'll bring the lake back with him?

They said I came back after a couple of days. I'm sure he'll bring the lake back if you ask him to!

But Taiwan said he'd be back someday! Just... that he might not remember me.

...That is true. The same thing happened with Miss Taiwan, actually.

Yeah! So when he comes back, I'm just gonna make friends with him all over again.

That's... a good attitude to have. I hope then that he returns soon.
